Exhibitor Policies
Payment Due Date
Full payment for the selected booth is required by September 13th to confirm your reservation. No late payments will be accepted.
Exhibit Cancellation
Written notification of cancellation must be received by us by September 13th. Payment will be refunded less 25% administrative charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds to any exhibitors canceling after this date.
Liability
Neither SOWC nor RDB nor any officer or staff member thereof will be liable for any personal injury to any and all persons or property caused by the exhibitor, his/her agents, representatives or employees. The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless SOWC, RDB, KCC, Rwanda Events or its members, officers, directors, and employees against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any and all damage to property or personal injury caused by an exhibitor or his/her agents, employees or other persons.
Booths
All booths will be set up by our contractor. Exhibitors are required to share their branding artwork with the contractor by 20th September. Materials sent
after the deadline will not be accepted due to the timing required for printing and setup. Booths will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
