Dr. Kate Abraham is Associate Dean at the African Leadership University School of Business and a scholar-practitioner in the executive education space. She has held academic and administrative roles across multiple institutions, including Hult International Business School, where she oversaw the design and delivery of global executive programs for senior leaders in the public and private sectors across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Concordia University of Chicago, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design and Development, bringing a multidisciplinary lens to leadership, strategy, and technology. Her research interests sit at the intersection of human experience and digital systems. Her doctoral research examined digital marketing strategy and implementation in SMEs through attentional processing and organizational behavior perspectives.
Her recent work - presented at the Engaged Management Scholarship Conference and published in Times Higher Education - develops a framework for human–AI co-scholarship, exploring how ethical and critically applied AI can strengthen teaching, learning, and research practices in executive education.
At ALU’s School of Business, Dr. Abraham oversees learning implementation, strategy, and operations across executive programs, supporting senior professionals pursuing advanced management education as they navigate leadership, sustainability, and systems transformation challenges in practice.
