Erika Korosi leads Conservation International’s global work at the forefront of nature and biodiversity markets and serves as the inaugural co-chair of the Biodiversity Credit Alliance.

She brings more than two decades of cross-sector experience spanning corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit environments, with deep expertise in strategy, governance, disclosure, impact investment, advocacy, and systems transformation across the sustainability agenda.
Erika’s career incorporates broad and deep experience across aspects including biodiversity and carbon markets, nature based solutions, climate change mitigation and adaptation and water stewardship. She has successfully led numerous global collaborations, driving systemic change and delivering sustainable outcomes for both people and the planet.
