Paul has more than 30 years of experience working on an inclusive green and blue economy with international organisations, including the United Nations Development Programme, the European Union, the World Bank and the United Nations Environment Programme, as well as the British and the Sri Lankan governments. Paul’s recent work focuses on generating private and public finance for climate and nature investments to benefit Indigenous People and rural households, including through debt swaps for climate and nature, biodiversity/nature credits, climate budgeting and insurance.
