After leaving her role as CEO of Patagonia, Kris Tompkins, together with her late husband, Doug, founded  Tompkins Conservation, where for the past thirty years have they spearheaded environmental campaigns, supported activism, engaged in regenerative agriculture, and published books on environmental topics. They are ranked amongst the most successful conservation philanthropists in history, inspiring others to join in their mission. In this interview, Kris gives some background to their work of doing hard things and her thoughts on changing the conservation narrative.
