Peace Mutoni is an alumna of Muhabura Integrated Polytechnic College, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Management. Her passion for community-based tourism and entrepreneurship began during her time at Ecole Islamique de Ruhengeri. Since 2022, Peace has worked at Red Rocks Rwanda as a Customer Relations Officer. In addition to these roles, she actively advocates for women through the Red Rocks Initiative for Sustainable Development, where she strengthens relationships with local women’s groups and helps them achieve their collective goals. Fluent in English, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili, with some knowledge of French, Peace is committed to environmental and wildlife conservation, women’s empowerment, sustainable tourism, and climate change mitigation. She is dedicated to creating positive change in her community and its surroundings.
