Iminza serves as the Global Programme Manager for Sounds Right, an initiative working with global music artists to help nature fund its own conservation. She brings strategic, creative, and legal expertise to support the global initiative’s scale up. Prior to joining UN Live, Iminza worked with Dalberg Global Development Advisors and Axum, where she focused on designing and piloting novel programs for outsized social impact and sustainable returns. Iminza is also a musician and has a background in Intellectual Property Law, advising creatives and businesses on how to identify, protect, and monetize their intellectual property assets. Iminza holds a Degree in Legislative Laws (LL.B) and a Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from IE University, Spain. ​​She is also an alumnus of the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg.
